Installation
============

Copy the .htaccess to your DocumentRoot (or your ~/public_html) and edit
accordingly.  You'll need to replace the '/~tvon' with whatever path you need
to enter in the URL to make the links work.  For example, if you want this for
your home directory public_html (as I am using it), replace 'tvon' with your
username, but if you are placing it in a DocumentRoot, remove the '/~tvon' bit
entirely.

You'll need a few things available via AllowOverride, basically everything in 
.htaccess...
